Opening an Account

Upon entering the product page online, a signup pop-up will appear. From there, fill out the required fields and provide an HST number.

If opening an account in person, provide your business contact information and HST number, and the account can be made upon your first purchase.

*Cash n' Carry is available during our regular business hours

*For all pick-up orders, please allow a minimum 24hrs notice

*Courier & curbside delivery service is available within the GTA

*Maclaw ships via Canpar on all parcel deliveries

*On pallet-sized orders, Maclaw ships via several different shipping companies

*Customers with their own shipping company must indicate at the time of ordering

*Maclaw will charge the customer's invoice for all freight costs

*All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days

*All sales are final.

*Only a store credit (NO refunds) can be issued on authorized claims or returns

*All claims & returns without original packaging may not be accepted and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

*All claims & returns MUST be made within seven days of purchase.

*Custom orders are a final sale, and cannot be exchanged

*Store credits must be used within 12 months

*All initial orders are C.O.D.

*All shipped orders must be prepaid in advance

*Credit applications are available upon request

*Maclaw accepts all major credit cards, Interac , e-transfers and company cheques

*All NSF cheques returned by the bank are subject to a $50.00 charge

*Minimum orders to ship are $500.00
